
Buffalo Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup Buffalo Diced Chicken
- 1 Heart of romaine chopped
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese in chunks
- ⅓ cup Pretzel croutons (directions below)
- ¼ cup Bacon cooked and cut into large pieces
- ¼ cup Carrot shred
- ¼ cup Celery thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp Chives sliced
- Caesar dressing for serving
Pretzel Crouton Ingredients
- 1-2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Pretzel buns diced into 1/2" cubes
- 1 tsp Dried thyme leaves optional
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Cook chicken according to directions.
- Toss romaine, carrots, and celery together.
- Top with chicken, croutons, parmesan, bacon, and chives.
- Serve with dressing.
Pretzel Crouton Instructions
- Lay pretzel bun cubes on baking sheet and leave out overnight uncovered to stale.
- Once stale, preheat oven to 350° F.
- Toss pretzel cubes with oil and seasonings.
- Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Bake until golden and crunchy.
