
Za’atar Pizza

Ingredients
- 1½ cup Sliced Chicken
- 1 lb Pizza Crust
- 8 oz Hummus Base
- ¼ cup Sun dried Tomatoes
- ⅓ cup Feta
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Eggplant Diced
- ¼ cup Zucchini Diced
- ¼ cup Kalamata Olives Halved
- Tzatziki Drizzle Optional
1-2 Tbsp Za’atar Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp Ground dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp Sumac
- 1 Tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook sliced chicken per specifications.
- When pizza dough is proofed and ready to be used, stretch to fit pizza pan. If desired, you can brush the edges with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Spread the hummus on the pizza crust and sprinkle with Za’atar seasoning.
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, eggplant, zucchini, olives, and chicken.
- Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes, until crust is cooked through, golden brown, and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F. Rotate pizza halfway. Add feta in the last 3-5 minutes of cook time.
