Ingredients
- 3 ea. Breaded Boneless Wing
- 1 ea. 6” Baguette
- 1/3 cup Napa cabbage shred
- 1 tsp. Green onion cut fine angle
- 1 Tbsp. Carrot shred
- 1 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 7 slices English cucumber cut thin angled slice
- 1 Tbsp. Cilantro leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Jalapeno or Serrano hot
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
Boneless Wing Drizzle
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
Instructions
- Heat chicken per specifications via frying for extra crunch.
- In a bowl toss together cabbage, carrot, and cilantro with the vinegar. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Split and core out the center of baguette so the filling sits inside like a boat.
- Whip together mayonnaise and sriracha. Spread mixture on both halves of baguette.
- Layer thinly sliced cucumber, slaw mixture, jalapeno and green onion on baguette. Top with boneless wings.
- Mix sriracha and honey together until smooth, drizzle over boneless wings and finish with baguette top.
