Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken Strips
  • 1 Pita
  • 1 oz Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Tomatoes diced
  • 2 Tbsp English cucumber sliced and quartered
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill
  • cup Spicy feta

Spicy Feta Ingredients

  • 10 oz Feta cheese
  • 1 jar Roasted red peppers drained
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp Cayenne
  • ½ tsp Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Cook chicken strips per specifications.
  • Add all spicy feta ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  • Spread spicy feta onto pita.
  • Layer lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, chicken strips, and dill.
