Chicken Flammkuchen

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Sliced Chicken
  • ¼ cup Bacon crumbles
  • ¼ cup Yellow onion sliced and caramelized
  • ¼ cup Cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1 Premade pizza dough

Sauce Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Sour cream
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • tsp Nutmeg
  • cup Heavy cream

Instructions

  • Cook the chicken per specifications.
  • Mix together sauce ingredients and set aside.
  • Roll the pizza dough out to become a very thin sheet.
  • Add the sauce to the pizza dough.
  • Top with bacon, chicken, onion, and tomatoes.
  • Bake at 500°F for 5-8 minutes, until heated through and crust is crispy.
