Firework Chicken Burger Ingredients:
- 1 Chicken Burger
- 1 Potato bun
- 1 Slice Pepperjack cheese
- 1 oz. Spicy cheese puffs
- 2 oz. Blueberry BBQ sauce
Blueberry BBQ Sauce Ingredients:
- 2 cup Blueberries
- 3 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 ½ Tbsp Molasses
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp Salt
Instructions
Firework Chicken Burger:
- Cook chicken burger according to directions on packaging.
- Add blueberry BBQ sauce to bottom bun and top with the chicken burger
- Place pepperjack cheese on top of burger
- Top cheese with spicy cheese puffs and finish with the top bun.
- Serve with a star shaped cheese topper for a patriotic flare.
Blueberry BBQ Sauce:
- Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until blueberries start to burst and sauce begins to thicken.
- Stir the sauce until smooth
- Cool BBQ sauce before using.
