
Chicken Parm Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 Grilled chicken filets
- 8 slices Texas Toast
- ½ cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 12 Italian breaded mozzarella sticks
Instructions
- Spread approximately 1 Tbsp of butter on each slice of bread. Coat butter side completely with Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
- Heat Grilled Chicken Filets using desired method and set aside.
- In large skillet over medium heat, place slice of bread butter/Parmesan cheese side down. Add one slice of Mozzarella cheese, a grilled chicken filet, three mozzarella sticks, ¼ cup marinara sauce, and a 2nd slice of mozzarella cheese. Top with another piece of bread, butter/Parmesan side out.
- Cook until bread is golden brown, then flip sandwich over.
