Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pulled and Shredded Chicken
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 oz Ranch seasoning
  • 6 oz Cooked bacon chopped
  • 12 oz Shredded cheese divided
  • 2 Tbsp Melted butter optional
  • Slider rolls split

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and bacon into a skillet or saucepan over medium heat, and cook until cream cheese is melted, chicken is warmed through, and all ingredients are combined. Remove from heat and add 8 oz. shredded cheese. Stir until combined.
  • Place bottoms of slider rolls onto a baking sheet. Spread chicken mixture onto slider rolls and top with remaining cheese and slider roll tops. Brush rolls with melted butter, if desired.
  • Place in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
