Chicken Sausage Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Chicken Breakfast Sausage Crumbles
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 6 Large eggs
  • ¼ cup Whole milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar, Colby, or pepper jack
  • 6 Medium to large tortillas
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Optional: diced bell peppers, diced onions, diced tomatoes, salsa, taco sauce, cilantro, sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Add the sausage crumbles to a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until warmed through.
  • Add butter and eggs to the skilled and cook until scrambled.
  • Place tortillas onto a baking sheet. Add equal portion of egg and sausage mixture to tortillas. Top with cheese.
  • Roll/fold into burrito and place seam-side down onto baking sheet. Place in preheated oven for 5-10 minutes until burritos are warmed through and cheese is melted.
