
Buffalo Chicken Wonton Cups

Ingredients
- 2 cups Diced Chicken
- 48 Wonton wrappers
- 8 oz. Cream cheese
- ⅔ cup Buffalo sauce
- ⅔ cup Sour cream
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- ⅓ cup Blue cheese crumbles
- 2 Scallions sliced (optional)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Coat mini muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Press wonton wrappers gently into muffin tins and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Place tins in oven and bake until wontons are crispy, bubbling, and lightly browned, about 5-6 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, and garlic powder.
- Stir in diced chicken and cheeses. Stir until combined.
- Spoon or pipe buffalo chicken mixture into wonton cups.
- Top cups with crumbled bleu cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until mixture is hot and bleu cheese is melted.
- Garnish with sliced scallions, if desired.
