Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Tenders/Strips
  • 1 cup Ramen or Udon noodle
  • ½ cup Ramen / miso broth prepared
  • ½ cup Sugar Snap Peas
  • 2 Tbsp Katsu Sauce prepared
  • ¼ cup Shitake Mushrooms sliced
  • Green onion sliced (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook chicken per specifications. Cook noodles.
  • Top noodles with chicken, snap peas and sliced mushrooms.
  • Pour broth over top.
  • Drizzle with Katsu sauce.
  • Top with green onion and serve.
