Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Nuggets
  • 1 10” whole wheat tortilla
  • ½ oz Pepper Jack cheese sliced
  • ¼ tsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Heat chicken per specifications.
  • Place tortilla on flat work surface, place down cheese on half and top with heated chicken nuggets. Fold in half making half-moon shape.
  • In a skillet heat oil and brown quesadilla on both sides. Slice and serve.
  • Note: Serve with Tortilla chips & salsa if desired.
