
Chicken Pierogi

Ingredients
- ½ cup Diced Chicken
- 1 cup Mashed potatoes prepared
- ½ cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ⅛ cup Green onions sliced thinly, plus more for serving
- 1 package Wonton wrappers
- Sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Cook chicken according to directions on packaging.
- Heat mashed potatoes until warm.
- Add chicken, mashed potatoes, cheese, and sour cream into a bowl together. Mix until well combined.
- Add filling to middle to wonton wrapper. Brush the edges of wrapper with a little bit of water. Lightly press to seal. Boil in a pot of salted water (about 2-3 minutes) before draining. You’ll know they’re ready when they start to float.
- Put boiled pierogi in oiled skillet over medium heat until lightly browned, about 2 minutes per side.
- Serve with green onion and sour cream.
