Chicken Raspberry Jam Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Sliced Chicken Breast
  • 1 Flatbread prepared 14”x14”
  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • cup Raspberry jam with seeds
  • cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup Bacon crumbles
  • ½ cup Jalapeno peppers seeded, charred & chopped

Instructions

  • Place par cooked flatbread on work surface and brush with a light coat of olive oil.
  • Next spread or brush even coat of raspberry jam,
  • Top with ½ of the Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Next add the Chicken strips, charred Jalapeno peppers & bacon crumbles.
  • Finish with the rest of the Jack cheese.
  • Cook-in a 425-450 degree oven until golden brown & enjoy.
