Ingredients

  • 1 Unbreaded Chicken Filet
  • 2 slices Sourdough sandwich bread
  • 1 Large lettuce leaf
  • ½ Avocado sliced
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • 2 slices Pepperjack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Chipotle Lime Spread

Chipotle Lime Spread Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Mayo
  • ¾ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Cilantro fresh
  • 2-3 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tsp Adobo sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Lime and zest
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook chicken filets per specifications.
  • Add all Chipotle Lime Spread ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary.
  • Assemble all sandwich ingredients on bread. Toast bread until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
