Ingredients

  • 4-6 Chicken tenders
  • 2 oz Crema
  • 2 oz Fresh or frozen corn kernels thawed
  • 1 oz Cotija cheese grated
  • Tajin seasoning to taste
  • Fresh cilantro to garnish
  • Wooden or bamboo skewers

Instructions

  • Prepare chicken breast tenders according to instructions.
  • Run skewer lengthwise through each chicken breast tender.
  • Place tenders on plate and top with crema, corn, Cotija and fresh cilantro.
