Ingredients

  • 4 Unbreaded chicken breast filets 4oz.
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce cut into 1” pieces/chunks
  • 16 Croutons or grilled bread cubes
  • 8 oz Caesar dressing
  • 8 Wooden skewers
  • 4 oz Parmesan cheese shaved or shredded

Instructions

  • Cook chicken according to instructions and allow to cool.
  • Cut each chicken breast filet into 8 pieces, approximately ½ ounce each.
  • Begin threading skewers with chicken, lettuce and croutons in desired order.
  • Before serving, drizzle skewers with Caesar dressing and top with Parmesan cheese.
