Ingredients
- 4 Unbreaded chicken breast filets 4oz.
- 1 head Romaine lettuce cut into 1” pieces/chunks
- 16 Croutons or grilled bread cubes
- 8 oz Caesar dressing
- 8 Wooden skewers
- 4 oz Parmesan cheese shaved or shredded
Instructions
- Cook chicken according to instructions and allow to cool.
- Cut each chicken breast filet into 8 pieces, approximately ½ ounce each.
- Begin threading skewers with chicken, lettuce and croutons in desired order.
- Before serving, drizzle skewers with Caesar dressing and top with Parmesan cheese.
