Ingredients

  • 1 Flame-Grilled Chicken Burger
  • 1 tsp Harissa paste
  • ¼ cup Arugula
  • 1 Tbsp Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Red onion sliced
  • 1 tsp Red wine vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Brioche bun split and warmed
  • 1 Tbsp Whipped feta cheese

Instructions

  • Heat the chicken burger per specifications.
  • In a bowl, toss together arugula, red bell pepper and red onion with the vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine harissa paste and whipped feta cheese. Split and warm the brioche bun and spread harissa-feta mixture onto the bun.
  • Place the burger and top with arugula mixture.
