Ingredients
- 1 cup Boneless chicken wings
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- ½ cup Onion chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp Red chili chopped
- 1 cup Long grain white rice cooked
- 1½ Tbsp Kecap manis/sweet soy sauce
- ½ cup Red peppers roasted
- 1 Egg scrambled
- ¼ cup Peas
- ¼ cup Green onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook chicken per specifications.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil and add onion, garlic and red chili.
- Add rice and kecap manis.
- Then add roasted red peppers, egg, peas and chicken. Sprinkle with green onion and serve.
