
Peri Peri Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 8 Unbreaded Chicken Wings
- 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 Red jalapenos chop seeds also
- 2 Poblano peppers chopped
- ⅓ cup Onion chopped
- ⅓ cup Lemon juice fresh
- 1 Tbsp Garlic fresh (minced)
- 1 Tbsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp. Sea salt
- ¼ tsp. Cracked black pepper
Instructions
- In a sauce pan heat 1 Tbsp. of the olive oil and sauté the peppers, onion, and garlic for 1 minute.
- Next add the seasoning, lemon, and the rest of the olive oil and heat while stirring to a simmer for about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool, when cool blend in a food processor until smooth (add a little more olive oil if necessary) and strain.
- Heat chicken per specifications, place in a stainless bowl, and toss in enough sauce just to coat.
- Serve with cool yogurt dipping sauce and celery sticks.
