
Rotisserie Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
- 3 oz. Pulled chicken
- 4 Slices Cheese
- 1 oz. Tomato sliced
- 1 oz. Onions sliced
- 1 oz. Pickles
- 2 Tbsp. Butter melted
- 1 Tsp. Fresh parsley finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Spicy mayo
- 1 pack Slider rolls
Instructions
- Cut the bread. Using a serrated knife, cut the rolls in half lengthwise.
- Add spicy mayo. Spread an even layer of spicy mayo on the bottom half of the bread.
- Add the rotisserie chicken. Scatter the shredded rotisserie chicken evenly over the top of the spicy mayo.
- Add the cheese Place the sliced cheese on top of the chicken.
- Add the rest of the toppings. Layer on the sliced tomatoes, onions, and pickles. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, grated garlic, fresh chopped parsley, and salt.
- Top the rolls. Put the top half of the rolls on. Then spread the garlic butter evenly on top of the rolls using a pastry brush.
- Bake! Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes covered, and then 5 minutes uncovered until golden brown.
- Cut and Serve!
