
Savory Wings with Cantaloupe and Bocconcini

Ingredients
- 6 4680 Roasted Wings
- ½ cup Cantaloupe cut medium dice
- 1/3 cup Baby spinach
- ¼ cup Bocconcini fresh mozzarella balls
- ¼ cup Cherry tomato halved
- 1 Tbsp Prosciutto cut into small strips
- 1 Tbsp Clover honey
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice +zest
- 1 Tbsp Basil leaves chop fine
- Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat chicken wings to specifications.
- In a large bowl combine the melon, bocconcini, prosciutto, tomato, spinach, lemon, honey with the sea salt and cracked pepper to taste.
- Toss in the basil and place salad down on the base of a platter.
- Take juice left from salad and toss hot wings and place atop of chilled salad.
