Ingredients

  • cup Sliced Chicken
  • 1 lb Pizza Crust
  • 8 oz Hummus Base
  • ¼ cup Sun dried Tomatoes
  • cup Feta
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Eggplant Diced
  • ¼ cup Zucchini Diced
  • ¼ cup Kalamata Olives Halved
  • Tzatziki Drizzle Optional

1-2 Tbsp Za’atar Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp Ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Ground dried thyme
  • 1 Tbsp Sumac
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook sliced chicken per specifications.
  • When pizza dough is proofed and ready to be used, stretch to fit pizza pan. If desired, you can brush the edges with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
  • Spread the hummus on the pizza crust and sprinkle with Za’atar seasoning.
  • Top with sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, eggplant, zucchini, olives, and chicken.
  • Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes, until crust is cooked through, golden brown, and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F. Rotate pizza halfway. Add feta in the last 3-5 minutes of cook time.
