Nasi Goreng

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Boneless chicken wings
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
  • ½ cup Onion chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Red chili chopped
  • 1 cup Long grain white rice cooked
  • Tbsp Kecap manis/sweet soy sauce
  • ½ cup Red peppers roasted
  • 1 Egg scrambled
  • ¼ cup Peas
  • ¼ cup Green onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook chicken per specifications.
  • In a large skillet, heat the oil and add onion, garlic and red chili.
  • Add rice and kecap manis.
  • Then add roasted red peppers, egg, peas and chicken. Sprinkle with green onion and serve.
